At Long Lake every camper has the opportunity to participate in the performing arts. If you want to be in one show, or many shows you're in! For campers who want to learn acting, dance, music, circus, video and communications, Long Lake is where you will find people who can teach you. Every camper can apprentice and study with mature, experienced professionals with credentials that include Broadway, the Juilliard School, JFK Center for Performing Arts, The Philadelphia Academy of Music, NBC, ABC and many major feature films.

Fine Arts

Unleash your imagination in our 15 separate art studios. We take advantage of the scenery around us, and have most of the campers creating outdoors. Each studio is fully equipped and staffed by one or more of our 20 fine artists in residence. Studios are open all day and campers work at their own pace on ideas that are of interest to them. We help campers develop the patience necessary to carry a project from idea and design to completion.

	The Waterfront & the Great Outdoors
		From almost anywhere on campus we get spectacular views of sparkling blue water amid lush green forest. Long Lake itself is pure, natural, and 18 miles long, plenty of room for nonstop fun in the sun. All waterfront activities are led by certified Red Cross instructors.
		Waterfront activities include: Jet Skiing Water-skiing Tubing Swimming Sailing Knee Boarding Windsurfing Wake-Boarding Canoeing Water Safety Instruction Private Swim Lessons

Whether individual or team sports, riding horses or motor sports, they all take place in a manner that emphasizes physical fitness and fun. Coaches focus on how to play, not just how to win. We have well groomed playing fields for soccer, baseball, and other field sports, as well as four all-weather tennis courts, full court basketball and more. Long Lake also has its own stables and riding ring on camp, and our horses are "user friendly".
